The Osceola Community Health Foundation, in partnership with MidwestOne Bank, invites you to join us for our annual Golf Benefit event on Friday, September 15th at 11 a.m. for a shotgun start. (9:30 Registration). This charity event, held in the heart of the St. Croix Valley, is dedicated to a cause that resonates deeply with our community: improving access to mental health care.
A Vital Need in Our Community
Our community and providers have expressed growing concern about increasing mental healthcare needs. Often, patients present in the emergency department at OMC and spend long hours here before being transferred elsewhere. Osceola Medical Center (OMC) would like to remodel two hospital patient rooms for inpatient care to better meet the needs of our patients struggling with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to make these rooms therapeutic and commissioned for mental health. With your support, we can provide quicker access to the comprehensive care we desire at OMC.

The cost is $100 per golfer. Please register by September 8th at Osceola Community Health Foundation's Annual Golf Event.
