A Celebration of Growth, Health, and Wellness
We welcome you, your employees, friends, and family to join us for a wonderful evening as we raise dollars to support OMC growth. At the heart of our mission is ensuring timely access to care, and therefore we need to expand and reconfigure our space. This project will improve our ability to meet the needs of our patients with the following:

Additional space and equipment for our pharmacy, physical therapy and rehabilitation in Osceola

New buildout of retail space for a primary care clinic, lab, retail pharmacy, and physical therapy & rehabilitation in Scandia, MN
This year’s gala will be a social mixer featuring wine, beer, and food tastings, a self-serve buffet, and a cash bar. As always, we’ll have our popular games, silent auction, and cake raffle—and this year, we’re excited to introduce live music by a talented local guitar and vocal duo.

We have migrated to a new platform for events to enhance the guest experience. When registering, you will be asked to choose what you would like to purchase (tickets, sponsorships, etc.) and then it will ask you to sign up for an account. After signing up, you will receive an email confirmation with a request to complete your registration and online payment. If you wish to pay at the event, you do not need to do this final step. We ask that all guest check in at the registration table upon arrival at the event. We look forward to celebrating with you!
