Scholarship Information

In the nine years OCHF managed the Nancy Smith and the John Simenstad Family Scholarship Funds, $78,000 awarded to students pursuing health-related careers. OCHF is grateful to the Smith and Simenstad families for their dedicated support to area students. With the retirement of these scholarships, OCHF and the OMC Physicians have established new scholarships for students. OCHF will award a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior from the Osceola and the St. Croix Falls school districts. OMC Physicians will award one $500 scholarship to a graduating senior from the Osceola High school. See below for more details about all of our scholarships.

 

OCHF Scholarship

The Osceola Community Health Foundation established these scholarships to provide financial assistance to a high school senior beginning an education in a health-related field. A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a senior at the Osceola and St. Croix Falls High Schools. Applications are available through the guidance offices at both schools.

 

OMC Physicians Scholarship

The Osceola Medical Center Physicians established a scholarship to provide financial assistance to a high school senior beginning an education in a health-related field. A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a senior at the Osceola High School. Applications are available through the Osceola High School guidance office.

 

Partners of Osceola Medical Center Scholarships

Continuing Education Scholarship
The Partners of Osceola Medical Center (formerly the Osceola Medical Center Auxiliary) established this scholarship to provide financial assistance for an adult student beginning or continuing education in a medically related field of study.

High School Scholarship
The Partners of Osceola Medical Center has established this scholarship to provide financial assistance for education beyond the high school level for a student entering an accredited school pursuing a medically related degree. This applies to a four-year program resulting in a Bachelor’s degree, three-year college or vocational associate degree.
